For the façades, through-coloured, durable, and user-friendly Swisspearl facade panels were used. The predominantly white façade is enlivened in places with earthy accent colours. For the main fire station in Linnanmaa, it was important for the architect to design a building that is efficient and supports emergency operations as effectively as possible, while also taking ecological aspects and the urban landscape into account. The goal of the project was to make both the construction and use of the building as energy-efficient and low-carbon as possible. With the rhythmic variation in the colours of the accent elements, the architect aimed to convey a smaller scale and an earthy, grainfield-like atmosphere, helping the large building blend harmoniously into its surroundings. Please note: this reference project features products from the Patina range. As the colour range for Patina NXT is the same, this project also provides a good general impression of the look and feel of a Patina NXT project.LocationOulu, FinlandArchitectArkkitehdit Kontukoski Oy , Tampere, FinlandBuilderHemsö Samhällsfastigheter Finland Oy, Helsinki, FinlandPartnerOulun Kuorirakenne Oy, Oulu, FinlandYear2021PhotographerTuomas Uusheimo Photography, Helsinki,, Finland Downloads Project Sheet Linnainmaan Fire Station pdf 5,5 MB Back to the overview Select several references and design your individual lookbook for downloadingYour individual lookbook for download (0)Your individual lookbook+ show entire selection- reduce displayed selectionCreate PDFAdd to lookbookIn lookbook
