The main load-bearing structure of the building consists of prefabricated wooden construction modules. Wooden frame panels are used for the construction of the hall, while reinforced expanded clay concrete masonry is used for stairwells and elevator shafts.
The building ensures accessibility for wheelchair users on the first floor by providing a suitable entrance and room layout with appropriate dimensions. All movement surfaces are on the same level. Access to the second floor is provided via an elevator.
The building also meets accessibility requirements for people with visual and hearing impairments, ensuring safe movement between floors. To facilitate orientation and safer movement for people with visual impairments, guidance systems are integrated into floors, sidewalks, and pathways. Restrooms are designed to accommodate individuals with functional disabilities.
For the building's finishing, Swisspearl Patina Original and Swisspearl Planea facade panels are used. The facade incorporates a concealed gutter system, hidden behind the facade cladding, with some modules protruding slightly from the main facade plane. The facade is designed in calm gray tones with bright color accents, emphasizing the building’s function as a kindergarten. This color scheme continues in the interior, where each kindergarten group’s space is highlighted with distinct colors.
